4. What is the shipping procedures?
Since we confirm receipt of your money, we will ship the goods via EMS within 2~3 days. And usually it will take 5~7 days for shipping to anywhere of the world.

We usually send your items via air-express EMS .
6. How can I know my order status?
Once we send the items, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your items until they reach you.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?

8.Return policy and refund
Our No. 1 priority is to have customer satisfaction. Except on the occasions of force majeure lead to fail receiving products, we don’t refund. Otherwise, we accept returns or exchanges within 9 days since you receive your items.
If you choose to return the item, we will return the original amounts deducted 10% restocking fee by Paypal..
If you choose to exchange ,we do not charge restocking fee, and will reship new items to you soon. For your own reason to exchange, you must afford reshipping fee for the new ones. For the original items caused by us such as defection or incorrect etc, it’s our duty pay shipping fee.
